摘要：

降钙素原(procalcitonin, PCT)是一种无激素活性的糖蛋白, 作为一种新型的炎症生物学标记物, 已广泛用于评判感染的类型及严重程度, 指导抗生素的合理应用, 以减少抗生素的处方率, 避免耐药性的产生。本文着重综述了近年来降钙素原的临床应用及研究进展。
