摘要：

<正>多种因素可以影响人的认知功能而导致痴呆,如梅毒感染、维生素缺乏、血氨增高、一氧化碳中毒、副肿瘤综合征等非特异性炎性疾病以及血管病和变性病。仅变性病引起的痴呆也不仅仅有阿尔茨海默病、额颞叶变性、路易体病、正常颅压脑积水、朊蛋白病等简单的分类,而是依据蛋白分类为tau蛋白病,包括阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)、额颞叶变性(frontal temple lobe degeneration,FTLD)、皮层基底节变性、进行性核上性麻痹、仅神经元纤维缠结的痴呆、银颗粒病、全脑胶质tau蛋白病、痴呆伴脊髓性肌萎缩。而根据tau蛋白的不同又可进一步分为3R优势的tau
