中性粒细胞CD64在感染性疾病诊治中的应用

摘要
严重感染致死率高, 其早期诊断至关重要。感染性疾病的传统诊断指标, 包括降钙素原、白细胞计数、CRP等, 虽然这些指标有一定的敏感性和特异性, 但仍不能实现感染的早期诊断。近来, 中性粒细胞CD64因为其在细菌感染早期诊断方面较高的敏感性和特异性而受到广泛关注。中性粒细胞CD64表达的流式细胞检测可用于细菌感染所引起的感染性疾病的早期诊断, 如呼吸道感染、败血症、新生儿重症感染、烧伤和术后感染等。若将中性粒细胞CD64联合其他反应炎症的指标联合检测, 则可以进一步提高感染性疾病诊断的敏感性和特异性。流式细胞术检测中性粒细胞CD64将在感染性疾病诊断、病情监测、预后判断、疗效评估等多个方面发挥重要作用。(中华检验医学杂志, 2016, 39:340-343)
