摘要：

氯吡格雷是临床常用的抗血小板药物,现发现部分患者存在氯吡格雷抵抗,笔者对氯吡格雷抵抗的定义、发生率及可能发生的机制进行分析,探讨氯吡格雷抵抗的检测和解决方法,为临床识别和预防氯吡格雷抵抗提供参考。
