抗肿瘤药物人参皂苷新型给药系统研究进展

摘要
人参皂苷作为人参主要成分,具有抗肿瘤作用。由于水溶性差,人参皂苷在临床生物利用度很低。文章查阅了近年来的国内外人参皂苷新型给药系统相关文献,主要有脂质体给药系统、纳米粒给药系统、乳剂给药系统、微球给药系统。这些给药系统大大提高人参皂苷生物利用度,并具有一定的缓控释或靶向能力。此外,胶束、囊泡、纤维膜等也被用于人参皂苷给药系统的开发。目前用于人参皂苷上的载药系统开发不够深入全面,今后,人参皂苷新型给药系统发展越来越趋向于多功能及多种给药系统相结合。本文通过人参皂苷新型给药系统综述及展望,可对更多抗肿瘤药物新剂型的研究与开发有指导意义。
