生物型膝关节表面假体的临床应用进展

摘要
<正>膝关节置换术是将已经损坏的膝关节的致痛部分,用设计好的人工关节假体替代,从而解除患者的痛苦,改善患者的生活质量。膝关节置换术是治疗膝关节末期疾患的有效方式之一。膝关节假体可分为骨水泥型假体和生物型假体,目前临床应用最多的是骨水泥型膝关节表面假体。在国外生物型膝关节表面假体在临床上也已广泛使用,其在早期同骨水泥型假体一样有良好的固定效果,假体松动并发症少见。目前,大多数研究也证实生物型膝关节表面假体有着良好的临床应用效果。
