摘要：

<正>帕金森病(PD)是中老年人常见的神经系统变性病,临床上以运动迟缓、静止性震颤、肌强直及姿势步态异常等黑质致密部多巴胺能神经元丢失造成的运动症状为主要特征[1-2]。除此以外,PD患者还常常伴有非运动症状,包括自主神经症状、感觉异常、神经精神症状、睡眠障碍、疲劳等等。研究[3]显示,PD的非运动症状与年龄、疾病的严重程度密切相关,而且对生活质量的影响比运动症状更加显著。一些非运动症状,
