摘要：

基于国内外学者对关键链技术的研究,对其相关的概念—工作安全时间、缓冲区、工作缓冲量等进行了详细地分析,并根据项目进度风险管理的相关理论,提出了工程项目进度风险预警中有关项目进度控制和管理的新思路,最后,运用算例阐明了缓冲区的设置与进度预警机制的实施步骤。
