创新生态系统的价值共创机制——基于腾讯众创空间的案例研究

摘要：

本文以开放式创新与互补性资产为理论基础,选择腾讯众创空间为代表,采用案例研究方法探究创新生态系统的价值共创机制.研究发现:创新生态系统中各主体通过开放协作满足各自价值获取目标和生态系统整体目标,实现价值共创;创新生态系统各主体角色不同,大企业应该肩负引领作用,政府应该提供政策保障,其他组织机构给予资源支持,共同助力中小企业与初创企业的创新活动;创新生态系统中的大企业通过双向流动开放式创新机制帮扶中小企业与初创企业创新成长,创新生态系统各主体开放资源,为中小企业与初创企业提供互补性资产,帮助中小企业与初创企业提升创新能力和获得收益.
