头足类繁殖行为学研究现状与展望

摘要
头足类(Cephalopods)是一类较为高等的海产软体动物,在海洋渔业中占有重要地位。它们复杂的求偶、交配和繁殖行为代表了无脊椎动物交配系统和性别决定体系的进化趋势,也是制约群体大小的直接因素。本文就其繁殖行为学领域的研究状况进行了概括,包括性成熟、交配、受精、产卵直至孵化等头足类繁育的各代表时期,以及微卫星DNA标记技术在繁殖策略中的应用等方面,并对发展前景作了展望,旨在为中国近年来开展的头足类遗传多样性、增殖放流、资源修复等研究与政策制订提供科学依据。
