基于集群划分的网-源-储多目标两步规划

摘要
针对高渗透率分布式电源(DG)集群接入配电网下的网-源-储规划问题,提高系统供电可靠性指标,将网-源-储规划问题分解成2个步骤进行。第1步考虑集群孤岛运行概率的DG集群网-源协同多目标规划;基于第1步规划得到的集群孤岛运行概率,进行第2步储能规划来保证各集群内接入的DG能够满足集群的孤岛运行。由于需要考虑集群孤岛运行以及网络连接不确定因素,对网-源协同规划模型中的可靠性指标的逆流计算与顺流计算方法进行改进;并针对网源协同规划模型的多目标问题,引入增广ε-约束法对多目标规划模型进行求解,该方法能给决策者提供更为全面的解集。以中国某地实际高渗透率DG配电网络为例,验证所提出的基于集群划分的网-源-储规划方法能够提高系统供电可靠性,并有降低网损和电压波动等作用。
