摘要：

自噬是真核生物特有的细胞机制,通过形成自噬溶酶体降解胞内病原体或受损伤细胞器,以利于细胞自身代谢和细胞器更新。研究证实,自噬机制调节各类骨组织细胞增殖、分化与成熟,同时在各种骨类疾病发生发展过程中扮演重要角色。该文就自噬在骨组织细胞分化与成熟及骨类疾病中的作用作一综述。
