急性肾损伤早期诊断的生物标志物

摘要
急性肾损伤(AKI)是临床常见病及多发病,其发病急,病死率高,是导致患者死亡的独立危险因素。临床上常常通过检测血肌酐(SCr)计算肾小球滤过率(GFR)来评价肾功能,但由于GFR下降至75 ml·min·-11.73m-2时SCr才开始升高,下降至正常的50%以下时,SCr才明显上升,且受体内肌肉总量、蛋白摄入量和体内代谢水平等影响,与GFR相关性较差,不能及时、准确地反映出肾功能状况,从而导致患者不能得到及时的治疗,
