猕猴桃采后冷害及其防控技术研究进展

摘要
猕猴桃是后熟型果实,低温贮藏是保持果实品质、延缓果实成熟衰老的最基本、最优效的方式之一;但猕猴桃是冷敏性水果,不适当的低温会造成猕猴桃贮藏期间冷害发生。本文总结了猕猴桃采后冷害发生特征、条件以及生理生化机制方面的研究进展,介绍了猕猴桃采后冷害抗性机制及冷害防控措施研究现状。本文可为猕猴桃生产中冷害防控提供方法参考,为猕猴桃冷害发生分子机制研究提供理论借鉴。
