血清胃蛋白酶原筛查胃部疾病的研究进展

摘要：

胃蛋白酶原主要由胃黏膜腺体细胞分泌产生,分为胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ和胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ。血清胃蛋白酶原可反映胃黏膜状态,预测萎缩性胃炎、胃癌的发生,也可用于幽门螺杆菌根除疗效的判定,还能反映胃酸分泌情况。本文就血清胃蛋白酶原筛查胃部疾病的研究进展作一综述。
