中国省际无形资本存量估算：2000～2016年

无形资本是驱动"新经济"增长的重要动能,但中国目前仍缺乏对省际无形资本存量的科学估算。为此,本文基于CHS分类框架估计了2000～2016年各省(市、区)无形资本存量。研究发现:(1)中国无形资本存量从2000年的0.51万亿元增长到2016年的13.31万亿元,年均增速为22.69%,对经济增长贡献率已达到35.79%,而从内部结构来看,经济竞争力资本占无形资本投资的比重偏低,较美国低约20个百分点。(2)无形资本存量主要集中在经济发达地区,2016年北京、上海、广东和江苏4个省份无形资本存量占全国比重高达50.32%,但发达地区同样存在结构不合理问题。(3)无形资本已超越物质资本成为东南沿海地区经济增长的主要动能,无形资本存量增速减缓是东北和能源密集地区经济下滑的原因之一。
