摘要
<正>随着工业化的广泛发展,空气成分的复杂化,支气管哮喘发病率逐渐增加,已成为大多数工业化国家的主要疾病[1]。哮喘是由多种细胞(包括气道炎性细胞和结构细胞)如嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,EOS)、肥大细胞、T淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、平滑肌细胞、气道上皮细胞等和细胞组分共同参与的气道慢性炎症性疾病。其中EOS的在炎症的发生和发展过程中具有十分重要的作用,它所产生的细胞因子和炎性介质与其自身相互作用共同促进着哮喘的发生。现就EOS在支气管哮喘发病机制中的研究进展作一综述。
