摘要：

近期研究表明,作为目前临床诊断收缩性心力衰竭最重要的生化指标之一,B型钠尿肽亦可用于舒张期心力衰竭、小儿心力衰竭的诊断,心力衰竭等心脏疾病的预后,以及药物、心脏再同步等心力衰竭治疗效果的评价,但不能排除某些心力衰竭的危险因素。关于B型钠尿肽产生机制的新假说则有待进一步证实。
