创新型企业研发团队知识基础与知识创造的关系研究

摘要：

知识创造(尤其是探索式创造)是创新型企业研发团队的重要使命,以往研究发现知识基础不一定促进知识创造。提出研发团队的知识基础与知识创造的关系受研发团队在企业知识要素网络中位置与发明人合作网络中位置影响,并对德温特创新索引收录的海信电器股份有限公司2003—2010年申请的820个发明专利进行分析。结果显示,研发团队在前期的企业知识要素网络中的结构洞均值,以及在企业发明人合作网络中的程度中心性均值都负向调节了研发团队知识基础与知识创造的关系。最后提出了创新型企业研发团队的相关管理对策。
