摘要：

虚拟现实技术在精神疾病辅助治疗方面的研究已经引起了广泛的关注。焦虑症和自闭症是当今社会的两大主要精神疾病,一直困扰着成年人和儿童。开展焦虑症和自闭症的康复治疗具有重要的现实意义。综述了虚拟现实技术在焦虑症和自闭症的研究成果,讨论了情绪调节在精神疾病康复中的作用,概述了情绪智能体和情绪模型,给出了精神疾病调节治疗的技术路线图,构造了情绪智能体的结构,并介绍了情绪智能体的一些研究课题,这将为精神疾病的辅助治疗提供了一种新途径。
