肌内效贴改善运动功能的临床研究现状与思考

摘要：

近年来肌内效贴(或称肌内效贴布贴扎、弹性运动贴布贴扎)适应症虽有所延伸,但经专业人员贴扎后能否改善诸如健康人群(运动员、非运动员)及罹患基础疾患患者等不同人群的运动功能,仍是目前运动医学界、康复医学界在软组织贴扎技术相关研究领域中主要的关注点之一。本文对肌内效贴改善健康人群,骨、外科疾患及中枢神经损伤患者运动功能的临床研究进行综述,认为其在辅助改善各类人群运动功能方面有一定的实用价值与循证依据。但现有文献在方法学、机制研究等方面尚存在一定的不足,肌内效贴的命名在国内也有可商榷之处。总体上,后续在基础机制、优化贴扎方式上有进一步探讨的价值和必要。
