摘要：

<正>目前心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)在美国和欧洲国家为第一位死因。CVD是遗传因素和环境因素综合作用引起的疾病。以往认为,该病的危险因素包括高血压、高胆固醇血症、缺乏运动、肥胖、吸烟和糖尿病等。然而,越来越多的研究发现环境因素,比如空气污染、接触某种化学物质或金属、饮水污染等均在心血管疾病的发生中发挥了重要作用,
