中药配伍雷公藤减肝毒性机制研究

摘要：

雷公藤具有抗炎、镇痛和全身免疫调节作用,在临床治疗风湿病中具有不可替代的功效。但是,雷公藤常见的肝毒性限制了其临床的广泛应用。随着现代医药学技术的发展,中药配伍作为中医用药的特色之一,更显合理性和科学性,其减肝毒性的机制也取得了深入的研究。文章对雷公藤的肝毒性机制及中药配伍减轻其肝毒性的作用机制作了概述,并针对中药配伍减毒机制的深入研究进行了展望。
