摘要：

Performance evaludlion of a library can be regarded as a symbol or an eternal theme of its development. Based on the analysis of aim or contents of evaluation, this paper clearly declares that performance evaludlion usually meansboth an efficient service for readers and a better internal management. And three kinds of evaluation indexes and its standards are involved in the paper as well.
