数字创业生态系统中多主体互动对数字创业绩效的影响——基于fsQCA方法的研究

摘要
数字创业作为数字经济发展的重要驱动力,已成为创业领域的研究重点和热点。数字创业企业作为数字创业生态系统的核心主体,其数字创业绩效会受到系统内多主体互动所产生的影响。然而目前针对数字创业生态系统中多主体互动对数字创业绩效的影响还停留在理论探讨层面。本文以372家数字创业企业为研究对象,利用组态思维和fsQCA方法研究了数字创业生态系统中多主体互动对数字创业绩效的影响机制。研究发现:在数字创业生态系统中,数字创业企业与单一主体保持较强的互动关系并不构成高数字创业绩效的必要条件;在数字创业生态系统中产生高数字创业绩效的多主体互动组态有4条,包括合作企业驱动型、中介机构助力下高校及科研机构驱动型、数字用户主导下合作企业驱动型、合作企业与高校及科研机构双元驱动型;在数字创业生态系统中产生非高数字创业绩效的多主体互动组态有2条,与产生高数字创业绩效的组态存在非对称关系。本文在一定程度上打开了数字创业生态系统中提高数字创业绩效的“黑箱”,使多主体互动与数字创业绩效之间的复杂因果关系更加清晰,具有重要的理论价值与实践意义。
