摘要：

生酮饮食系一种高脂肪、低碳水化合物和适量蛋白质的特殊饮食,生酮饮食疗法是近年来治疗儿童难治性癫痫安全有效的重要措施,不但疗效确切,而且不良反应较少且多为一过性,一般预后良好。文章综述了生酮饮食治疗儿童难治性癫痫的有效率、依从性和不良反应及其产生原因。
