摘要
工作—家庭冲突的双向性理论包括工作家庭冲突(WIF)和家庭工作冲突(FIW)两个层面。对工作家庭冲突(WIF)和家庭工作冲突(FIW)的前因变量、后果变量以及组织家庭友好策略、个体自我化解策略、家庭和谐策略三个角度分析工作—家庭冲突的干预策略显示,未来应从性别差异、成员成长等方面进行深入研究。
