摘要：

以往对恶性肿瘤治疗疗效的评价主要以治愈率、生存率和生存时间为观察指标,近年来生命质量(quality oflife,QOL)的研究倍受关注,能够较全面地反映肿瘤患者的切身感受及体能恢复状况,被广泛应用于癌症、慢性病的疗效评价。本文针对肿瘤患者QOL的测量及其临床应用价值进行综述。QOL评价有助于临床选择更为适宜的治疗方案,应将QOL评价列为常规的观察指标之一。
