他汀类药物治疗阿尔茨海默病的非降脂作用新机制

摘要
目的介绍他汀类药物近年来在阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer′s disease,AD)治疗中的非降脂作用新机制。方法以近年来国内外的代表性文献为依据,对与AD相关的他汀类药物作用机制进行分析、整理和总结。结果他汀类药物可有效降低AD的发生和发展,其治疗机制并不完全依赖于降脂效果,可能涉及到调节异戊烯化水平减少β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)生成,上调与认知功能相关的神经受体,改善血管内皮功能,缓解Aβ对细胞的氧化损伤以及免疫调节等非降脂作用。结论他汀类药物的非降脂作用可能在阿尔茨海默病的预防和治疗过程中发挥着重要作用。
