老年糖尿病患者个体化治疗的研究进展

摘要：

随着我国社会老龄化程度的增加,老年糖尿病患者日益增多,老年糖尿病患者的治疗是临床管理方面的一个重大挑战。老年糖尿病患者有着独特的、多样化的需求,在制定治疗方案时应考虑在内,因此老年糖尿病患者的治疗及管理应个体化,并根据其并发症的进展情况和低血糖的发生风险随时调整。本文作者根据老年糖尿病患者的特点,从饮食、运动、药物治疗及自我管理方面就个体化治疗原则及目标进行综述。
