摘要：

僵尸企业是我国经济结构转型时期面临的一个棘手问题,既影响经济效率,也蕴含金融风险。处理这一问题首先需要对僵尸企业进行识别和分类。本文提出我国僵尸企业可以分为信贷补贴支持和经营不善两类,并提出了相应的界定标准。实证分析表明,两类僵尸企业构成、分布、决定因素均有差异。国有企业在政府的支持下更容易成为信贷补贴支持类僵尸企业;处于产能过剩行业的企业,更容易成为经营不善类僵尸企业。发现两类僵尸企业决定因素上的差别可以为解决僵尸企业这一现实问题提供支持。
