摘要
由于外泌体在肿瘤等疾病的基础研究、转化应用和诊断治疗中展现出的巨大潜力而备受瞩目。在发展精准医疗产业的背景下,如何建立相关领域的标准与规范,促进产学研结合,理性引导技术转化,需要来自于基础科研、临床、检验等领域的专家,以及监管部门的多方参与合作。为推动和促进国内外泌体特别是外泌体肿瘤标志物的研究和转化应用的有序开展,中国抗癌协会肿瘤标志专业委员会外泌体技术专家委员会组织专家撰写了外泌体研究、转化和临床应用专家共识。在本共识中,就外泌体研究领域的发展历程与现状阐述了观点及立场,并对外泌体研究的未来方向进行了展望。
