摘要：

在全球化进程中,国际组织在世界高等教育改革和发展中日益发挥着重要的作用。国际组织推动世界各国高等教育政策走向融合,强化了高等教育的趋同性发展。国际组织对各民族国家高等教育的影响途径是多样化的。世界高等教育政策发展是国际组织不同行为主体之间利益博弈的逻辑结果。
