高血压合并糖尿病前期炎症因子TNF-α和IL-6水平的研究

摘要
目的探讨高血压合并糖尿病前期患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF—α)和白介素-6(IL-6)水平的变化。方法133例入选者分为对照组(39例)、高血压组(34例)、高血压合并糖尿病前期组(60例)。常规检测空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、肝肾功能、超敏C反应蛋白,ELISA法检测TNF—α及IL-6水平。结果血浆TNF—α、IL-6水平合并糖尿病前期组分别为(114.68±15.39)pg/ml和(24.58±2.89)pg/ml,高血压组分别为(97.30±13.78)pg/ml、(24.02±2.54)pg/ml,均较对照组[(51.90±7.83)pg/ml、(12.67±2.22)pg/ml]升高(均P<0.01)。TNF—α水平合并糖尿病前期组较高血压组升高(P<0.01)。相关性分析显示,TNF—o与收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、HbA1c的相关系数分别是0.769、0.673、0.622(均P<0.01),IL-6与SBP、DBP、HbA1c的相关系数分别是0.798、0.695、0.525(均P<0.01)。多元回归分析表明,血压、FBG及HbA1c是TNF—α和IL-6的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。结论高血压及糖尿病前期均会导致血浆TNF—α和IL-6水平的增加,高血压合并糖尿病前期患者更明显。
