摘要：

在技术联盟网络特征和企业知识转移行为特征分析的基础上,采用计算机仿真方法模拟知识在技术联盟网络间转移行为,研究了企业学习能力差异性、网络结构对技术联盟网络知识转移行为的影响.结果发现:网络拓扑结构对知识在技术联盟网络间的转移产生影响;联盟网络越小、企业的邻接点越多,知识转移得越快;企业的学习能力越强,其学习门限越低,越有利于知识的快速转移.
