摘要：

睡眠障碍是脑卒中患者常见并发症,可对日常活动和生活质量造成不利的影响。脑卒中后睡眠障碍临床表现形式主要有失眠、过度睡眠、日间过度倦睡症。其发生与解剖、神经递质、社会心理等多个因素有关。卒中后睡眠障碍的治疗不单使用中枢神经兴奋药物、镇静药物、抗抑郁药,更需要心理、康复综合治疗。
