摘要：

<正>乳腺癌诊断后的创伤及化疗药物引起的毒副反应,对于大多数患者来说既是一次生命的考验,又是一次人生的挑战。创伤后的应激障碍,乳房的残缺、形体的改变以及脱发等女性第二性征的丧失,加重了患者的心理负担,出现悲观、绝望等情感变化,使患者的自我管理能力受到不同程度的影响,降低了对疾病的适应能力和应对方式,严重危害女性患者的身心健康,从而影响了疾病的治疗和康复。随着医学模式的转变,人们逐渐意识到肿瘤的治疗不仅要延长患者的生存期,更重要的是改善其生存质量。因此,国内外研究者开始关注癌症患者化疗期的自我管理能力,而自我效能则是评
