摘要
<正>机体免疫应答反应介导的肝组织及细胞损伤已成为当前众多肝脏疾病发病的重要原因之一。有研究表明,在病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、肝移植术后、酒精性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病及药物性肝损害等病理过程中,均存在不同程度的肝脏免疫应答介导的炎症反应及其引起的肝实质的损伤[1-4]。而目前对各种肝脏疾病发病机制的深入探讨和临床治疗药物的筛选与评价,很大程度上依赖于与人类肝脏疾病病理机制相似的实验性动物模型的建立与应用。通过建立科学的、实用的、重现性好的免疫性肝损伤动物模型,研究各种肝病的免疫病理机
