摘要：

肠易激综合征(IBS)是常见的功能性肠道疾病,其发病机制复杂,与应激关系十分密切。其中,脑肠轴对应激反应的不同环节失调,以及应激所致免疫激活和持续是IBS已得研究确证的重要病理机制。近年来肠道菌群和应激的相互作用对IBS的影响也得到重视。IBS与应激关系的研究进展对IBS的诊断与治疗提供了有益的提示。
