摘要：

室性心律失常是引起心肌梗死患者早期死亡的主要原因,而β受体阻滞剂对心肌梗死后患者的保护作用已经得到广泛的认可,早期治疗和预防心肌梗死室性心律失常成为降低心肌梗死患者病死率的重要措施。
