摘要
<正>辅助性T细胞17(Helper T cells 17,Th17)是以高分泌白介素(interleukin,IL)17为特征的CD4+T细胞,可表达IL-17A、IL-17F、IL-6和TNF-α等炎性细胞因子,在抗胞外菌感染和介导慢性炎症、自身免疫病等过程中发挥重要作用[1]。本文拟就Th17细胞及其相关细胞因子与肿瘤免疫相关进展进行综述。
