<正>膝骨关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)在中医属"痹症"范畴,其病理特征主要有软骨破坏、软骨下骨硬化和滑膜炎症改变等。所谓"上医治未病",早期诊断KOA对该病的治疗尤为重要。生物标记物是一类能够客观反映某一生理、病理过程或治疗效果的生理指标[1]。近年来科研工作者在探索KOA早期诊断、
