QFⅡ网络关系与公司价值——基于中国A股上市公司的实证分析

基于社会网络理论,以中国2012—2017年持有A股上市公司股票的QFⅡ为样本,研究了QFⅡ网络关系的信息效应和治理效应对公司价值的影响。研究发现:在中国法律制度允许的QFⅡ投资额度范围内,QFⅡ网络关系能显著提升公司价值,且在QFⅡ长期持股的公司以及在投资者保护水平较高的地区这种关系更为显著。进一步研究表明:公司信息透明度和公司内部治理机制在QFⅡ网络关系与公司价值之间发挥了中介作用。研究结论表明适度增加QFⅡ的引入数量有助于改善信息环境和公司治理,进而有利于提高公司价值。
