摘要：

慢性乙型肝炎至今仍缺乏有效的控制手段和彻底的解决方案,这与缺乏HBV易感细胞模型和动物模型导致对HBV持续感染和致病的分子机制研究及抗病毒药物的开发和评价相对滞后具有密不可分的关系。因此,建立有效的HBV易感实验动物模型和细胞模型对研制有效的抗病毒药物及疫苗至关重要。本文就乙型肝炎病毒感染模型的研究进展以及目前乙型肝炎病毒感染模型存在的问题作了综述。
