左旋多巴诱发异动症的相关机制

左旋多巴诱发的异动症是在左旋多巴治疗帕金森病过程中出现的严重并发症,其发生的结构基础是皮质-基底神经节-丘脑皮层环,此环路受多种神经元、神经递质、受体的调控,机制复杂。本文总结了近年来左旋多巴诱发异动症的相关机制,其中包括异动症的突触前机制、突触后可塑性的变化、GABA能神经和谷氨酸能神经与LID的关系、非多巴胺能调节因子与LID的关系以及基底节微血管通透性的变化等,以期为左旋多巴诱发异动症的治疗研究提供新思路。
