模块化组织知识共享对创新绩效影响机制的实证研究

摘要
随着产品复杂程度的不断增加及分工的不断深入,经济组织的形态发生了巨大变化—模块化组织大量涌现并迅速流行。组织中存在不同类型的知识存量,成员间知识共享程度影响知识存量变化,后者又与企业的创新绩效发生联系。本文采集中国多地企业样本数据,运用结构方程建模方法,研究模块化组织中不同成员知识共享对创新绩效的影响机制。结果表明:模块化组织成员的问题一体化解决程度越高、沟通越频繁,所共享的接口知识越多;接口知识越多,系统整合者的集成知识越多,模块供应商的内核知识越少;系统整合者、模块供应商的集成知识与内核知识越丰富,越有利于技术创新。系统整合者的集成知识越丰富,越有利于市场创新。
