摘要：

子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是一种雌激素依赖性疾病,芳香化酶是雌激素合成过程中的关键酶。已证明EMs患者的在位和异位内膜有芳香化酶表达,而正常子宫内膜无该酶的表达,其表达受到类固醇合成因子(SF-1)、小鸡卵白蛋白上游启动转录因子(COUP-TF)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和IL-11等多种因素调控。近年来,芳香化酶作为EMs临床诊断的研究增多,将芳香化酶抑制剂用于临床EMs的治疗,证明异位病灶内芳香化酶表达紊乱对EMs的发生发展至关重要。
