摘要
重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)能够可逆地影响脑功能,并且具有无痛、无创、经济、操作简便、安全等诸多特点,目前正越来越多地被应用于抑郁症等多种神经精神疾病的治疗。目前对rTMS治疗在机体中产生的具体作用尚未充分了解,我们主要从分子生物学研究方面的进展来阐述可能的作用机制。
