摘要
改革开放以来快速的社会经济变化导致行为和环境危险因素的蔓延,是我国慢性病增长的主要决定因素,而人口老龄化和当今中老年人群在胎婴儿时期普遍存在营养不良的现象又进一步放大了这种因素的作用。人口老龄化是一个不可逆转的发展趋势,遏制我国慢性病流行的关键是制定更为经济有效、公正和合理的健康政策。
