摘要：

溃疡性结肠炎相关癌变机制尚未明确,可能与炎症反复发作以及炎症细胞产生多种细胞因子、活性氧等因素,激活经典的Wnt/β-catenin-TCF通路突变,出现结肠黏膜上皮细胞反复坏死、再生、增殖,甚至癌变。该文主要探讨Wnt/β-catenin通路介导溃结癌变相关机制研究进展。
